I have the exact same setup and I'm experiencing the same issues. My agents lose their entire MCP toolset which come from external custom MCPs between 60–90 min after the initial consent you have to do on the first prompt, so the token lifetime is passing and we can't get a refresh.
Did anyone get an update or response from Microsoft in other posts or tickets?
