Need help to put in place a cv bank search tool for HR.

Hi there,

             I'm a software developer who has been mandated to put in place an ai service that will help HR searching for candidates in our cv bank based on a work profile. The tools need to return the candidates with a matching percentage. I need help because there is so many models, services and tool around that I'm confused. Please guide me for the first steps.
