Linguistic Analysis API

Hi everyone. For a customer project I've planned to use the capabilities of the Linguistic Analysis API but I have no clue how to get an API key. The service doesn't show up in Azure. Is it discontinued or something? The website says the preview ends May 24. Not sure what it means. Does anyone have info?
