Great summary. Having built a few agents on Foundry this year, I'd agree that context and governance are where the real work happens. The model is often the easiest part to swap. Getting the right knowledge into the agent and being able to see what it actually did is what makes or breaks a production rollout.

I agree that while the model is easy to swap, the real challenge is integrating the right business context and ensuring governance and observability so organizations can trust AI in production. That's why Foundry interests me; it emphasizes a framework for building and managing AI systems at scale. Context may become the key differentiator in successful AI deployments.
