Form Recognizer from Power Apps

The "GENERAL DOCUMENTS" model's ID is not publicly available. You can train a custom model with your forms using the REST API endpoint and extract the model ID from the training operation's response. You'll need an Azure subscription and a Form Recognizer API key to use the REST API.
