Cannot verify email

A few people have reported this same issue with Azure OpenAI quota requests. If the verification link returns“The request is blocked” after trying InPrivate mode, multiple browsers, and different networks, it appears to be an issue with Microsoft’s verification endpoint rather than anything on your side. 

I’d avoid repeatedly requesting or opening new links, since repeated verification attempts can trigger or extend a temporary block. Instead:

Try the newest link once using a completely new Edge browser profile with third-party cookies allowed.

Make sure you are signed in with the same email address entered on the quota request.

If it still fails, capture the reference ID shown on the blocked page, the UTC time, your tenant ID, subscription ID, and quota request ID.

Submit an Azure support request asking Microsoft to reset or manually review the email verification workflow.

At that point, Microsoft guidance indicates that service-side review is required, so recreating the request or continuing to retry the link likely won’t help.
