Azure Form Recognizer for Fax Processing

Hi all I'm looking into using From Recognizer for processing documents received via Fax.  I know why are you still using Fax?  I work in Health Care, and it is still very common.  I'm interested to understand how form recognizer would deal with

1) Upside-down documents?

2) Skewed documents?

3) Scaled Up or down from training documents?

4) Multi page documents 1 page has a structured form other pages no action needed.
