Assign a LUIS azure accounts to an application

Hi All,

I want to assign a authoring resource to my LUIS application .I am using below API:-

https://westeurope.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/luis/api/v2.0/apps/ad574762-ae3d-4f14-a70b-91efea26610e/azureaccounts

For which I need to have Authorization token .I know it works with user token .

Is it possible to assign a authoring resource using App only token??
