thanks for info, but it seems like it's a preview build with no premium support. Microsoft Power automate was installed with a Windows update but cannot be used without logging into edge or app.

MicrosoftI've not seen this before. Your best bet is to go to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support and file and create a new support request.
