Multicontainer wep app using docker compose

Hi,

I am interested in deploying multicontainer web app on Azure App service plan. Azure documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/tutorial-multi-container-app) says that this feature is currently in Preview. However most of the docker-compose features which I need for deploying my app are supported (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/configure-custom-container?pivots=container-linux).

Based on above is it advisable and possible to deploy multicontainer web app for a small production deployment.
