How can I find out which Azure account is managing a Client ID?

Question

About 10 years ago I have registered an application to use Microsoft single-sign on. I still have the Client ID and Client secret (and they are functioning well, 10 years ago it was possible to get a client ID & secret that would never expire) but I do not remember which account I did use to register them!

Now I want to add some redirect URLs to the application...

Does anyone know how I can find out which account is managing the Client ID?

Kidd_IpThis answer starts with "First, make sure you logged in to the correct Azure AD tenant in the portal." That's actually the problem, I don't know which tenant is managing the Client ID.
