Azure Functions cold start
Hi, do you have any plan or updates about reducing the cold start time? Or the cold-start of new added instances when Function scale-out? Sometime clients calling API have to wait too long.

fhtino There are cold-start mitigations in the functions premium plan. More info can be found here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-functions/functions-premium-plan#pre-warmed-instances
