Azure custom app need to enforce MFA every login

Hi Experts!&nbsp;I need your help!&nbsp;We have an Azure custom application that we need to require and enforce MFA every login. I setup a conditional access policy for this but it's not enforcing the MFA as it uses the same MFA token. We have MFA enforced for all users as a current settings for 90 days.&nbsp;Is there a way to overrule or bypass this and enforce the users to reauthenticate and mfa everytime they login to the app?&nbsp;Thanks!

elieelkarkafi&nbsp;that is not applicable on the custom app I'm targeting. It is grayed out.&nbsp;&nbsp;
