How long does a Hello World MAUI app take to start-up for you?

I just started doing some MAUI work. I've a recently decent spec machine Windows 11, Intel 11th gen i7, 16Gb ram, SSD. I'm used to doing Windows desktop development with WPF where, when I click the debug button in Visual Studio, the app starts running in seconds. However when I run the Hello World MAUI app with an already running Android emulator it is often taking a couple of minutes.

I'm wondering what other people think of the Compile/Debug cycle with MAUI? What sort of build times are you getting? Any best practices for improving the compile and deploy time? Am I just being impatient?
