Thanks, Aarushi, for sharing this. I did in same way for each employee, but this is again manual option for each employee and OKR. I was looking for same options at admin level also. Do you know, how i can control this at admin level.

Sure SurenderChawla1980, you can do this by following below steps:
1. Select the goals you wish to update tags for, using checkbox on the left.
2. Click on 'Edit' from the top right menu options available.
3. Select the appropriate option for updating tags along with the tag name and update.
