Visibility of comments in Viva Goals in the organization

Client considering how all comments in Viva Goals (in checking, closing comments etc.) across all organization for all employees. On one hand side organization want to support transparency on the other hand they need to protect personal information in case that personal information is entered.

HELP NEEDED: What is Viva Goals approach/recommendations in protecting visibility of comments for other if they include comments with personal feedback etc.
