Use the MMA migration tool to help you migrate from MMA to AMA. With this tool, migrate servers from the legacy onboarding through Log analytics workspace, ensure subscriptions meet all the prerequisites for Defender for Servers plan 2’s benefits, and migrate to FIM’s new version over MDE at scale.
