REST API Documentation and Bing Ads SDK Release V13.0.22

We are pleased to announce that our API documentation has been updated to include the new REST API. You will be able to switch between the REST and SOAP APIs within the documentation. 

We are also excited to release Bing Ads SDK 13.0.22 for Java and .NET, which continues our migration from the existing XML-based SOAP API to a new JSON-based REST API for CustomerManagement and CustomerBilling Services.
