Unable to Access Lab environment During My DP-300 Examination

Hi, sorry you had to deal with that during an exam. I’d keep the Pearson VUE case open, but also submit a case with Microsoft Certification Support. Include your exam date, appointment ID, screenshots or exact error text, and the Pearson case number. Since the lab access issue affected the exam itself, they should be able to review whether a retake or escalation is appropriate.

I've submitted a case and Microsoft has escalated the case with Pearson they currently busy reviewing.
