Did you try to setup Authenticator or third-party authenticator app? Because there is a big difference and the instructions point it out. Exam duration and exam experience | Microsoft Learn
- If you tried to set up Authenticator and it didn't work, that is by design and you didn't follow the instructions.
- If you tried setting up third party authenticator app and it didn't work, then you have a valid case.
From my experience, it is the former because people haven't followed the instructions accurately.

(No QR code found on screen) This is exactly the error I received, even tried to increased the zoom settings.
I was at a testing centre the lady came and saw what was going on, and and was willing to submit the Pearson case and gave me the case no.
