Activate Copilot for Microsoft 365 Business Standard (Mac)
I purchased "Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365" license. However, I am unable to activate it on Outlook and OneNote. Word - Available on both Desktop & Website Excel - Available on both Desktop & Website Outlook - Available on Website, NOT on Desktop OneNote - NOT available on both Desktop & Website I tried the following method: Under "Language and time", turned on "Sync across Microsoft 365" under Use my Microsoft 365 setting Uninstall and reinstall the Office 365 Desktop app Turned on Optional Connected Experiences under Privacy in Outlook and OneNote Desktop app Update licenses on Desktop app Any idea why Copilot not appear on some of the apps? VBA functionality with Copilot
Hi, I am wondering if there is a way for Copilot to simulate VBA-like functionalities? What I want to do is extract certain data from an Excel sheet and place them in a Word template. More specifically, I have a financial forecast per year consisting of income, expenditures, assets, and debt in Excel. Now, I want to be able to tell Word to generate the template I made in Word, based on a prompt. For instance, Create a page like page one from this template, and use the data from column x in Excel, and so on and so on.
Extract table from image using copilot
Hi everyone, I could need some helo 🙂 How do I use Copilot to copy a table from an image? The table is in a larger PDF and I want to copy it into Copilot using the screenshot function. The table can look like this. For each row in column A, there can be several columns in B. I can only do it if I give the AI so much information, e.g. what the rows in column A are called. I use Copilot which is for business (I think only the data protection is different here). This is a part of a bigger task. But it already fails to read in the table. Even when I tell it to use OCR. The table can be like this example. A is a merged cell. Its not two rows with 'A' 0 cloudy day A 1. info A 2. more info B 1. info B 2. more info
Copilot on premise
I promise I searched this community before asking this question 🙂 Is there a way to grant copilot access to on-premise file share data to form it's model in order to ask questions/prompt? Copilot seems powerful when used against M365 account/Azure tenant data. Is there a way to include on-premise data in this model?Clarification Needed: Features of 'M365 Chat' vs 'Copilot (new)'
Please help me understand the following features in Teams for desktop: M365 Chat - What are its main functions and use cases? Copilot (new) - How does it differ from 'M365 Chat' in terms of features and applications? I have recently subscribed to the $30 monthly plan and wish to fully understand the value of each service. Copilot+PC in EU
Copilot in Windows 11 is one of the highlights, but unfortunately it is not available to users in Europe due to the Digital Markets Act (DMA) and Windows being placed on the digital gatekeeper list. Microsoft is working to make changes to make Copilot available in Europe as soon as possible1. However, if you are in Europe, you can unlock Copilot easily. Just download and install Moment 4 Update via Windows Update, then launch Copilot using a special command. Each time you start Windows again, you must use this command again. When it will be available for my pc?Limitations for Copilot for Word under 20 page limit is ludicrous
I cannot use Copilot for Word on most of our documents as they are longer than 20 pages. The "workaround" to split the document into different files is also impossible as that makes comparing document to document impossible as not each file extracted (say page 1-20) will never match the document I want to compare it to. Not every document is perfected formatting with sections and headers so that makes it impossible to use as well if you didn't create them. If Copilot can only handle 20 pages at a time then why does it not "batch" its logic into 20 pages at a tine so the customer is not the one stuck with extracting every document to meet its limitations? With the license being so expensive, it should work with any word document we use with our Business Premium license. As a side note, I asked Copilot the same question on the same word document 5 times and received 5 different answers: 2 were hold on while I do it and never did, the 3rd was you have to do it manually, 4th was I can't do it and another was I need to use a macro.

I have created an application using copilot. After the app is created when I try to add a button or text label Copilot Showing message like "Sorry, Copilot is unavailable at this time. Please try again later" I am not able to use copilot for editing apps. Copilot is working for creating new application but for editing it is not working.
