Viva Amplify not allowing approvals
Hi there We are pilot testing Viva Amplify in our tenant and we are finding an issue when trying to send a campaign publication for approval. We are getting an error anytime we try to send something for approval from newly created campaigns. Campaigns that were created a month or so ago are not having this issue. Has anyone run into this and is there a simple setting to update? Thanks for the help. Error:
Viva Amplify: SharePoint to Outlook layout skewed
I just got access to flexible layouts in SharePoint and am beyond thrilled at the new capabilities. I am trying to move from our current email newsletter system to Viva Amplify, but am struggling to get the Outlook version to look nice with graphics and text. I can make it look great in the SharePoint view, but not Outlook. I was hoping the flexible layouts would be the solution, but that is not the case. Is there any work being done to remediate this? I have attached two screenshots to show the translation from SharePoint to Outlook.
account credentials errors while using Excel connect.
Hello all. While using Viva Goals, I'm trying to automatically update Key Result status percentage by connecting Excel file. First I successed to connect, but now "We couldn't authenticate your account credentials." occured. There are no changes on ownership of Excel file, folder location or others. Please let me know any possible reason & solution.
Bulk deletion of Glint users
Is there a way to bulk delete users from Viva Glint? When people leave our organisation they are inactivated in Glint but their data remains. I found this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/glint/setup/delete-user-data which describes how to delete an individual user, but is there way to automatically bulk delete inactivated users? Ideally we would want to action this this once the users have been inactive for a set period of time. This functionality would make it significantly easier to ensure we are GDPR compliant.

We are moving away from using a performance management HR management system and would like to use Viva Goals to achieve all of our individual, team, and organizational goals. Our organization still wants to move to a pay-for-performance structure, which requires us to find a performance review process that can be used with Viva Goals data. Hi, We are having some issues with Viva Engage where we can't connect to external networks. Microsoft is working on the issue but suspects that it is related to EU-to-US network connections. I'd like to try connecting to an EU network just to verify if this works. Preferably, I'd like to try with Microsoft Partner Network Sverige, but another community would work as well. Hello, I would like to know how the sharing experience is designed when a user is accessing the file, page, etc. through Teams mobile and the Viva Connections app. Here is the set up I currently have: SharePoint Communication Site Site Sharing Settings: External Sharing: Only people in your organization Default Sharing Link Type: Only people in your organization Default Link Permission: View I would like users with the Read permission level to be able to share a link to a file or page without getting the access denied message. With the current site sharing settings, the link that generates should allow the user to share the link without getting the access denied message (the link that generates does not include "Shared%20Documents" in it). However, on mobile, the link that generates includes the "Shared%20Documents" in it, so I'm anticipating there will be issues with sharing from mobile. Still need to do some testing in my dev tenant, but I was hoping someone could provide more specifics or work with the Viva Connections team to publish more specific documentation on sharing behavior from mobile.
