MicrosoftI don't know where to post this so I'm sorry, but I just want to put this out there for anyone who might need to know. The VM Conversion Tool was updated to 1.8.6 yesterday (1/13/26). This caused problems with our Conversion project and the only way to resolve it was to manually install 1.8.5. Migration Phase was erroring out with error 21 (unable to detach disk). This would cause the VM to require converging and only after the WAC service was restarted since it was keeping a lock on the VMDK.
