What your showing there is someone who has turned on the Signiture but who's name has not been passed correctly from the identity provider. Per the video, they should update their name in either the Microsoft Account or ask their Microsoft Entra admin to update it. Once they have done so it should be pushed through to the Microsoft Tech Community within 24 hours. It's manditory because you can't opt out of it, per say, but of course you could leave it blank in the upstream identity provider.
Deleted - Thanks I think we recognised when we built it that not all organizations would allow users to share this information which is why we made it optional. With regards to being against it, thats completely your right and also why we didn't force users to do it.
