I am not one to be critical with feedback but if you have a rollback plan, I would consider it.  This is really not useable and stating the "upgrade is complete" and being left in this state should not be an accomplishment.  I am being honest when I have not discovered a feature that is an improvement over the previous interface.  Especially a week before Ignite.  I rely on the blogs and updates that are usually posted here as they get announced during Ignite.  Roll back if you can IMO.
