Creative texts have no value for business in reality as text is composed on limited imput. It just fills in void space and some may consider its value as spam.

I would suggest to use AI where it could make difference: use AI to keep account and contact records up to date (addresses, contacts, business registration data, revenues etc) - All this improved data quality but its something staff is never able to keep up to date.
