Announcing Microsoft Viva Sales public preview: The future of work for salespeople
Lori_Lamkin My Team and I just started using Viva Sales in Teams Meetings. WOW! This is really the most amazing tool we have ever had in our business. The layout and presentation is easy to understand and simple to navigate! I was blown away at how accurate the Recap feature was at collecting key points during my meetings. This has already become an essential part of all our workflows.
Some feedback:
- Can we have the ability to link the Viva Sales Summary (in Teams) directly to a Dataverse record from within the context of Teams?
- Can Microsoft release a standalone Viva Sales app for Android and iOS so sellers can more easily connect to and digest this information on the go/after hours on the couch?
- I have found immense value in this tool for our Service department (in addition to Sales). Could we have more ability to classify meetings as Service oriented vs Sales?
- Please build a way within the Teams Admin Center to auto-include the Viva Sales app on all Meetings.
