I was able to successfully configure Learning Repo, and ingestion appears to be working. I've created an M365 Group (Learning Group) and have granted access to the course catalog. When I look at the manage permissions tab in Viva Learning within Teams, I can see the content associated with SHARE_POINT provider and Private access here:
This suggests to me that the content was ingested successfully and that the permissions granting access to the content we correctly applied.
When I return to the Browse section, our SharePoint catalog doesn't appear anywhere. The content cannot be searched nor recommended. I'm curious if this is by design or if I've missed something somewhere. For clarification, I've added the columns for metadata and it appears to be ingesting my descriptions, durations, and thumbnails, so it's partially working?
Thank you for reading. If this is the wrong forum and I need to file a help request, please let me know. I was just hoping someone might have encountered this and could give some insight around what I may be doing wrong.
