MicrosoftHello richafnu , good day, do you have news about when the switch over to new email domains will happen?, thanks in advance.
MicrosoftThanks for reaching out, Manuel Cespedes.
We started the rollout in September last year and are rolling out the update gradually to ensure we don’t impact overall customer engagement. Since tenant selection is randomized for this rollout, it would be helpful to know your tenant ID so we can share more specific details.
Please feel free to reach out to me over Teams or email, and I will get back to you shortly with an update for your tenant.
Hello richafnu , thanks for your response, our tenant ID is "e0793d39-0939-496d-b129-198edd916feb". Please let me know if you need further information, it would be great to know timelines so we can inform our end users accordingly.
MicrosoftHi Manuel Cespedes, thanks for your patience while I checked with the engineering team. We can enable the new sender domain for your tenant whenever you’re ready. Please let me know when you’d like us to proceed.
