Nice features! However, I appreciate that Microsoft also keeps the simple and basic features in mind when improving Viva Amplify.
Some suggestions include:
A simple color picker instead of pre-installed backgrounds. Even better, allow the admin to choose which backgrounds (colors) are available to keep the messages aligned with the corporate identity.
In SharePoint, we currently have to create multiple versions for different languages, which is quite time-consuming. It would be more efficient if AI could handle translations, allowing users to create just one version. This would result in fewer errors.
- Amplify is an incredibly useful tool for connecting all channels (Teams, SharePoint, Mail, etc.). From my perspective, this is the main reason marketing and communication professionals, as well as other staff members like HR and Finance, should use Amplify. Please continue focusing on this target audience!
- From a user perspective I see overlap within the "Topics" area of Yammer (Viva Engage), the "Campaigns" section of Viva Amplify. I would love to see these two connected with each other in some way.
- The term "Campaign" feels time related, while I also choose to work with an ongoing Campaigns, like: Vitality Updates from HR, Board News etc.
