Hi Naomi Moneypenny, Viva Amplify is looking really good! I love the way how effortless we can now publish campaigns throughout M365 🙂 I hope that Viva Engage gets to be part of the party soon too 👏🏼 The UX of the campaign creation is very intuitive and easy to use.
I did notice something that, to me at least, seems like a bug: when you publish one of the campaign publications on SharePoint, it is saved as a page with Promoted state value 1 (=News, that is not published) and because of this, it doesn't appear in any of the SharePoint news feeds. For published news, the Promoted state value should be 2. Of course, you can manually promote the page as news, but if you have published the campaign page on multiple sites, it kind of takes away the whole idea of Viva Amplify, doesn't it? So is this a bug or feature?
