To-Do is the last piece of the productivity puzzle for me, and I really want to use it.
But I cant, and here is why:
1) I use lists to define complex projects. I use tasks for tracking different parts of complex projects.
2) In my tasks, I like to keep running "jot notes" in the notes box to remind me of last conversation I had or last thought I shared. A "jot note" is a date and one sentence.
The reason I cant use To-Do is because the Notes field is way too small for many updates. I cant figure out how to resize the UI (iOS, Winapp, chrome etc..). I also wonder why there is so much screenspace reserved for the list items, which are mostly static, simple information.
I realize that I could further breakdown my tasks into lists. And I tried, but I ended up with more than 100 lists, and was completely unmanageable.
