T_1_6 Thanks for reporting this issue. We are currently investigating the issue. Like you mentioned the first update installation is successful as you see the updated version as 13.0.580.0. You don't need to apply the update again. I will update here again once we fix this. 

 

Update 13th August: The issue is resolved now.
