Has anyone had this happen after the 07-2019 CU?

 

I recently went from 03-2020 to 06-2020 (KB4561616) and I had this issue happen again. However, during this same maintenance window, I also added some additional HPE software so pinpointing it directly to the update isn't possible. The same fix worked, though, so I'm curious if it's related.
