Hi JSteskal, SCVMM currently allows for managing Azure VMs without requiring Arc-enablement. More details on this here - Manage Azure VMs | Microsoft Learn. Having said that, there are no plans to continue investing in Azure VM management through SCVMM through Arc or otherwise.
