...who recently graduated with a master’s degree in business from AISSMS Institute of Management, Pune in India.

This is the next segment of our blog series highlighting Microsoft Student Ambassadors who achieved the Gold milestone, the highest level attainable, and have recently graduated from university. Each blog in the series features a different student and highlights their accomplishments, their experience with the Student Ambassador community, and what they are up to now.

How has being part of the Microsoft Student Ambassadors community helped you connect with other tech enthusiasts and expand your global network?

My journey as a Microsoft Student Ambassador over the past four years has been nothing short of incredible, and now that I’m in my final year, I know the community will always stay with me.

The program has given me opportunities to connect with passionate tech enthusiasts from around the world through collaboration, workshops, and global events. Some of the most memorable highlights of my journey include:

  • AI Project League: Iparticipatedas a competitor and later served as a Gold Lead and Judge multiple times. This role allowed me to mentor, evaluate projects, and build strong connections with fellow Student Ambassadors.
  • .NET Student Edition Presentation: Presenting at this event gave me a platform to share knowledge and interact with experts in the field.
  • Imagine Cup: Competing in this global innovation challenge broadened my perspective and helped me engage with diverse teams and groundbreaking ideas.
  • Rector Event Coordination: I coordinated the live event and actively engaged with the audience by answering viewers’ questions during the livestream, which helped create an interactive and collaborative environment.

Through these experiences, I’ve not only expanded my global network but also learned from industry leaders and peers who continue to inspire me. The friendships, mentorship, and professional connections I’ve built here are invaluable, and they will remain with me long after my time as a Student Ambassador ends.

What impact did access to Microsoft tools and resources - like Azure credits, Visual Studio Enterprise, and Copilot - have on your journey as an AI-focused tech leader?

Access to Microsoft tools like Azure credits, Visual Studio Enterprise, and GitHub Copilot has been very helpful in my learning and project work. Azure credits gave me the chance to explore the full Azure suite and try out cloud services while building AI projects. Visual Studio Enterprise provided a strong environment to develop and debug applications more efficiently. GitHub Copilot made coding faster by assisting with suggestions, which allowed me to focus on learning and creating. Altogether, these resources supported my growth and helped me build practical skills in AI and cloud technologies.

In what ways has the Student Ambassadors program strengthened your resume, boosted your confidence, or helped you develop AI-ready skills for your future career?

The Microsoft Student Ambassadors program has played a pivotal role in shaping my growth, both personally and professionally. Having “Microsoft Student Ambassadors” on my profile feels like holding a golden ticket—it instantly adds value and recognition. Through this vibrant community, I had the chance to earn Microsoft certifications, work on Azure AI projects, and contribute to events that showcased my skills and passion for technology.

Beyond the technical side, the program also gave me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone, especially in public speaking. One of the highlights of my journey was conducting a workshop with over 120 students, where I spoke for three hours and kept the audience engaged throughout. Experiences like these not only strengthened my resume but also helped me build AI ready skills and the self-assurance to take on future challenges in my career.
