It's easier to create an alert in SQL server for error number 19406 and message text has changed from 'PRIMARY_PENDING' to 'PRIMARY_NORMAL'
Create a job containing the steps needed after a failover and add this jobname to the response tab in this alert
Make sure you install this solution on every replica!
