In this http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/sqlserver/sql-server-2014.aspx , SSDT BI is no longer included in setup. For SQL Server 2014 CTP1 no new version of SSDT BI been released, however you can use the existing version of SSDT BI to create and deploy projects for SQL Server 2014 CTP1.
The Visual Studio 2012 version of SSDT BI can be download from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=36843 . This same link is also provided in the Tools section of SQL Server 2014 CTP1 setup.
Please note the following while installing SSDT BI:
· SSDT BI cannot be installed on the same machine as SQL Server 2014 CTP1.
· To deploy to a SQL Server 2014 CTP1 Server, install SSDT-BI on different machine.
