florin_gheliuc Update to at least CU6.
Or disable the query store.

 

This tells you that it is caused by Query Store.

We had a ticket with MS because of this stack dump, and a fix was pushed in CU5.

Cumulative update 5 for SQL Server 2022 (KB5026806) - SQL Server | Microsoft Learn

Due to another error with similar symptoms, we were recommended to wait for CU6.

We have not had this stack dump since updating to CU6.
