LooksAlive and IsAlive Implementation of Availability Groups failure_condition_level

I saw this sentence "Under normal operating conditions, LooksAlive executes every second, checking the health of SQL Server based on the availability group resource's failure_condition_level"
Want to reconfirm that , so is it every second? I saw some articles mentioned that it was every five seconds, which made me a little confused
