awesome post, exactly what I have been looking for and have been trying to achieve.
I have followed your instructions precisely but I still cannot access SSRS,
the only thing I can think of as being different is I spun up my own windows VM and manually installed SQL Server and SSRS
at the moment i'm able to access the SSRS portal within the VPN for the VM, however i'm receiving a page not found when I attempt to access externally.
any thoughts / advice / comments would be appreciated
