Andrea PALAZZI The Logitech SmartDock is a dock for a Surface Pro compute device, which in turn is a Windows 10 PC device. In this application WIndows 10 is simply locked down to a "kiosk mode" and our room systems application.
Therefore you can manage this as you would any other Windows 10 PC, with SCCM, OMS, group policy, remote powershell, etc. We do have some documentation / best practices published for SCCM here:

We do have full cloud based management, based on Intune enrollment, coming a bit later this year as part of the Microsoft Teams admin portal. This would of course be only for room systems which you / the admin enable for Microsoft Teams.
