Hi rodelmurex it is recommended that you do not install any additional software on the SRS setup on the Surface but if you need to to comply with internal company policies, you will need to make sure that the memory and CPU requirements are still met for the SRS specifications as excess RAM or CPU usage will affect the quality of the call.
Also be careful as some AV products include a firewall which may interfere with the ports that the SRS application uses.
