Skype Room Systems v2 Build 3.0.15.0 has been available from the Microsoft Store since Monday, October 2nd.
This build resolves an issue where displays (console and front-of-room) fail to enter sleep mode when there is no activity in the room.
Update: 3.0.15.0 is also now available for download from a Technet link along with an SRS v2 reset script to address issues seen with Surface Pro 4 based systems and Windows 10 Creators Update (Version 1703). More information here.
