Philip Brindley No, I still have the same issue. We have exerything in the cloud, nothing on premises. What is weird is I try a room account that was created before my company moved to the cloud and that account works! My user account also works, they fetch the calendar just fine. Then I login to one of the newly created(created about a month ago) room accounts and I get that error again. I opened up a support ticket with Microsoft's skype for business team, they are on day 3 of troubleshooting this and they seem to be stumped. I just got off the phone with them, they were remoted in to my tablet and saw the issue first hand. The location where the log files should be doesn't exist so he is going to his superiors with the case. I compared the old room account with one of the new ones, they have the exact same product licneses and mail/skype for business attributes. I hope their next level engineers can help.
