I’ve been reading through the thread comments and stumbled upon a like posted above related to analog devices which led me to a question I posted back in 2016. The response at the time led us to go with Skype on-perm in 2017/18 as we have a large analog environment including the requirement for handsets over headsets in shop locations. For our deployment we settled on the VVX311 phones and, you guessed it, business is looking to move to Teams now and I was pleased to hear the VVXs are supported...however seeing this post and understanding that we use the Skype delegates feature for these shops which I guess won’t work with Teams and our now 2-year old ‘old’ phones... we’ll have to figure out a play. Telling my business to chuck two year old handsets won’t fly. Kinda funny I find this out while doing additional research while down at MS Ignite this week 🙂
