waseemhashem Thank you. I saw that it said that Microsoft was working on new licensing, but it did not indicate costs. It is good to hear it will be cost free. A couple of my customers have quite a few CQs and AAs. One of my customers, a GCC account, has the AA/CQ tools showing up in the Teams portal, but the others do not yet. My lab account does not have it yet. I saw a post on another forum, where someone had confirmed answering CQs from a VVX is now working, when that shows up.
I am excited about support for on prem service numbers (with Direct Routing). This is something we have been waiting for, as we now have to forward the numbers back out to a cloud service number from the SBC (I have two customers with CCE deployments).
It was mentioned that the Teams client will not be supporting Better Together over Ethernet (BToE). Can you confirm that?
