brcoyne1640 Just that the provisioning portal at https://aka.ms/skypecap seems to randomly stop working. You can search for the CAP user account and put in the activation code from the phone's screen but you just get an error saying "Provisioning failed". We've given up on it and are just setting a password on the CAP account and signing in to the phone with it.
The previous time it stopped working, I opened a support ticket, which got routed to the "Asia Pacific" support team. When they called at 12:30am, I didn't answer for some reason. Eventually I got told "It's a problem with your phone", and then when I proved it wasn't a problem with the phone, they asked me to gather a Wireshark trace. For an issue that was obviously on their server. Eventually it started working again... three weeks later.
I could open another support ticket I suppose, but I don't think it would be a productive use of my time.
