MicrosoftHello KruthikaPonnusamy , Ilya Bukshteyn hoping you can clarify a point of recent confusion we have heard from numerous sources. For almost two years now we have been using the supported features list at the beginning of this thread to explain to Direct Routing customers that they CAN use the old SfB certified endpoints (until the gateway is sunsetted) as long as they are OK with the reduced functionality vs a Native Teams Device. Now we have more and more folks talking about how 3PIP (old Poly VVX running SfB) are NOT officially supported for Direct Routing. This conflicts with what I have understood for two years. Can you address here or point me towards official documentation from MSFT that gives us a definitive answer either way please.
