Is anyone still having issues with Polycom VVX 501's dialing Teams Call Queues?
We're running into a messy problem where we have one group, our Customer Care Call Queue (Teams Only, Teams Direct Routing), not getting calls from Sales users (Skype onprem, Islands mode) who all dial with their Polycom VVX 501's. Skype Windows client works fine.
Scenario:
Display Name: Oss, Kay
Username: koss@xx.com‪
Number: +1 312 881 xxx1
Info: User homed Skype onprem/Exchange onprem, Teams mode: Islands
Handset: Polycom VVX 501, Web Sign-In, firmware we've tried: 5.9.0.9373 and 6.1.0.6189
Display Name: CQ-RA - Customer Care
Username: _IPO000-4ETF43QJR5KD@xx.onmicrosoft.com‪
Number: +1 312 xx1 xxx9
Info: Teams Call Queue (Direct Routing) / hybrid Resource Account created in Skype onprem and synced
KOSS calls the Call Queue and it dials successfully but when the Teams Call Queue agent picks up it appears to put the call on hold.
Has anyone seen this?
